3coast Shares Business, IT and Hiring Advice on New Radio Segment

3coast announced a new radio segment on technology where company executives share insight on staffing trends and how IT can drive business optimization and boost efficiencies. 3coast will be featured on “Business, Networking and You with HNN,” hosted by R.D. Yoder, president of HNN, every Wednesday at 3:06 p.m. on CNN 650AM and streamed live at www.cnn650.com.

“This segment is an opportunity for us to connect with the pulse of Houston’s business community and offer our expertise and knowledge,” said George Black, president and CEO of 3coast. “We are excited to partner with HNN and cooperatively strive to unite our local businesses with the tools and resources they need to be successful.”

Each week, Yoder interviews a different 3coast executive or manager on relevant business technology topics. Yoder finishes the show by offering helpful hints on how to harness the power of business networking.

In the first episode, Holly Gunn, marketing manager of 3coast, discussed the history of 3coast and how it grew from a staffing firm to include managed IT services and business technology consulting. The interview gave listeners an inside view of what makes the company different from other IT service and staffing providers. Gunn discussed how the company’s people, processes and culture impact the client experience and differentiate service delivery.

The following week, Stephen Sweeney, chief operating officer of 3coast, gave an overview of managed IT services and how they help small to mid-size businesses (SMBs) save time, cut costs and restore peace of mind. Yoder and Sweeney then discussed the market in general and how the future of technology will affect SMBs.

The third installment of the radio series featured George Black, president and CEO of 3coast and 2009 Houston Business Expo presenter. Black provided insight to Houston job seekers by offering interview tips and explaining recent hiring trends in the present economy.
